CBS ACT Center, LLC is an Assertive Community Treatment agency offering a full range of services aimed at assisting individuals and families in addressing behavior and mental health issues to improve one’s quality of life.

Our mission is to empower individuals and their families by providing caring, knowledgeable and professional services that address a variety of mental and behavioral health needs through collaboration as well as working holistically in their environment.

Our goal is to provide children, adolescent and adult recipients with the fundamentals needed to improve functional skills and obtain resources to be successful in the environment of his/her choice or with the environment that is deemed most appropriate; to provide access to services, either directly or through community services, in an effective and efficient manner; to provide information in an effective and efficient manner, as appropriate, to the recipients and other stakeholders who are affiliated with our agency; to provide a level of service to all recipients that is deemed satisfactory by the recipients; to provide efficiency in service to all persons served.
